PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Coordination and scheduling of all resources to complete contract commitments for the entire project, including interfacing with customers, other trades, product and system suppliers.
PLANNING - survey of existing facilities and installed equipment, documentation of results, compilation of network's cable and termination requirements, site survey of cabling pathways and preparation of scope of work.
DESIGN - Design of physical equipment locations, including MDF, IDF's, equipment racks. cabling pathways, etc.
INSTALLATION - Preparation/installation of cable paths, mounting of equipment racks, installation of equipment into racks, installation and termination of cabling and station hardware.
QUALITY - A schedule of constant QA/QC inspections both during and after project implementation.
CERTIFICATION - End-to-end testing of cabling electrical performance to all outlets, including TDR, OTDR, attenuation, impedance and NEXT: documentation of results.
MAINTENANCE - Execution of user moves, adds and changes, records of end-to-end wiring for each user outlet and emergency restoration of damaged cable plants.
COMMITMENT - Continuously monitor clients' needs and provide proactive support for present and future requirements.
WARRANTY - RISCO provides a five (5) year limited warranty on both materials and workmanship; other warranties are offered on manufacturers' systems solutions.
